Carter from Alpha showed up on time as promised and he notified before hand that he was on his way! Carter inspected every possible cause why the kitchen sink was overflowing and what can be done to prevent from this happening in future. I agreed to pay $50 dollar more than the quote I got from my VIP membership at On Time Service Pros! That's because the professionalism and friendliness of the technician. Carter took enough time to check everything and used snake and jet pressure force to unclog the jam. I'm happy with his work ethics and wish luck for him and Alpha Mechanical as well.
