- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is provided on site prior to performing work. We offer up-front, flat rate pricing based upon the task itself. There is no hourly rate or surprise added costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every situation is different. We send out a technician to assess your situation and provide straight-forward, up-front pricing in various options for your project. With approval, we can get started on the job same day, or get it scheduled for another day based upon the needs of the client. Most jobs are completed same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
