James Saved my day. I have recently moved into a new home with an irrigation system and discovered that my Pressure Vacuum Breaker was cracked. James was responsive and was able to come out in just a few days to replace the pressure breaker. The repair was much more involved and required cutting a larger hole in my deck to complete the repair. The work was clean, the breaker is installed and I have a functioning irrigation system. I will be using James and Spitfire Plumbing in the future.

He was able to remove the current clog from my bathtub/shower & thoroughly clean the tub's piping. The water now flows fine! He also shared with us some tool info we could purchase to remove future similar clogs.

Outstanding service! We had a lot of issues with our house we just bought last year and he helped point everything out and let me know my options. I can sleep so much better now knowing that the water lines and shutoff valves are updated. He stayed and worked until 7:30 at night and made sure everything worked great. Will use him again and again.

Its free to have us out to look at your plumbing and we will give you up font cost and multiple solutions if possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start off by asking the customer "What problems or issues brings us out to your home today?" We try to give more then one option for fixing problem if possible. Offer a free plumbing inspection on every call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hold a Journeyman and Master Plumber license with the State of Minnesota. Also Minnesota Plumbing Contractors license and also bonded and insured. Hold to college degrees as well.
