- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the value we provide not the time spent in the project. Almost all of our work has a flat rate price based on what the project entails and the value that we provide to the homeowner. This way everyone is on the same page as far as what the final cost will be and our customers aren’t surprised at the end with a bill higher than what they expected. We’ll always be happy to offer free consultations and estimates so if you’re not quite sure what you need done we’ll be more than happy to come take a look and provide a custom quote based on your needs, at no cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I always offer a free consultation where I’ll come to your home and inspect the project, give you an accurate idea of what the process will look like in order to complete the job as well as a breakdown of pricing and an estimate as to what the final cost will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve spent the past 10+ years working in all aspects of the plumbing trade from residential service, residential new construction, commercial service, commercial new construction as well as industrial service.
