What a bunch of lying, thieving, do-nothing crooks, with a super rude receptionist to boot.
They came out for a home warranty repair to my furnace. The tech said he wasn't sure the issue was covered under the warranty, but would check and get back with me. I told him we would need the work done whether it was under the warranty or not. He told me if it wasn't under warranty, he would credit our service fee toward the repair.
Then he left. And no one responded for two weeks. The company called to do a satisfaction survey. I told them the tech was supposed to get back to me. They promised to look into it.
Three weeks later with no response, I called again. They said the home warranty company said it wasn't covered. They just decided not to tell me. Then they said the $75 fee would not be credited to any repair work if they did actually fix it. They also declined to refund the fee I paid for nothing--unless you count being lied to and then ignored for six weeks as something.
