Pavel responded quickly to my initial inquiry in a clear and professional manner, and we set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. While the problem with our fridge was small, he was very thorough and explained everything he had done, including an observation about the water supply line which he recommended we keep an eye on. Very reasonable charge as well. Would definitely use him again for any future appliance repair needs.

Pavel was extremely skilled in his work. He arrived punctually, was conscientious and careful as he worked to repair our dryer. He was always polite, answered any questions I had , replaced parts as necessary and checked all componenets of the dryer for proper function as he worked, adding lubricant where it might be needed. We would definitely hire him again for any needed appliance repair!
