- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced according to its specific aspects. The overall fees are directly related to the projected construction cost and to the size of the home. The smaller size of my firm allows me to keep my fees significantly below the industry standard for this kind of personalized service. Don't be put off by the high level of personal service offered here, as I say, I am flexible and quite reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer may be involved every step along the way. My home designs are created specifically for each individual home owner and in close collaboration with them, so that each home design is unique and suited to their life, style of living, and the particular home site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally create the design of new and renewed homes with the practicality of an experienced builder, the attention to detail of a fine craftsman, and my vision as a fine artist. I have worked for many years in each of these disciplines.
