- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Only on some reality tv shows about restaurants, and how to improve service or food and drink presentation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a cocktail waitress at 19 years old. Being in the hospitality industry just felt like the perfect fit for me, as I'm very outgoing, and love to mingle. I learned to bartend at that job as a waitress, and was given the opportunity to fill in while the bartender went fishing. I was a natural.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
When I did do banquet work, it was for private parties, pool parties, & catering events. I still have a private party that I do every year for the same family. I was asked in 1994, and I'm still doing their Christmas event in their home.
