Zack was my manager when I transitioned to front of house. I knew nothing about hospitality, making cocktails or providing quality guest interactions and I was given plenty of guidance and room to grow under Zack's management. Zack's management style was always calm, direct and very engaging- correcting mistakes in the moment and always moving forward no matter how challenging the situation. I have seen many of my coworkers grow and can say that after a year of working alongside him I am sad our restaurant is no longer open but confident with my new skills and firm understanding of hospitality that I will find more employment that will utilize my new skills I have cultivated thanks to Zack's incredible management style and gifted creativity in designing beverage menus.
