Orion quickly assessed our project and accomplished it with a high degree of professionalism. He was very careful in what he did and how he did it. He is too slow. He takes 4hrs to set up one Desk. Unfair To pay $240 for table I bought for $300.

I would also be frustrated if I were in your shoes but I have assembled many desks in my life and am much more efficient at assembling them then most. After reading reviews on line of your product, it took many people 5-6 hours to assemble and you knew my rates before we started ($60/hour). The IKEA desk that you had me assemble for you had hundreds of pieces of wood, and hundreds of pieces of hardware that had been taken out of the box weeks before I arrived and were scattered throughout your home and car. Finding 1 wooden piece labeled "AA" in a pile of hundreds of pieces of wood was like finding a needle in a haystack. Yes, it was time. I had to stop working and wait while you searched your house and car for missing parts! The job still got done flawlessly in under 4 hours, you were charged only for around 3 hours ($200 not $240). I'll be printing, framing and hanging this 1 star review in my office for good laughs. Best of luck to you.

"On the job training" is where I started. but my first boss (that taught me most all I know) is still a close friend.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as 'The Maintenance Guy' at a large apartment complex where I learned to do a vast majority of work. After that, it was 'Word Of Mouth', and I had a career.
