Chris was awesome! we needed a last second over the weekend carpetcleaning for our townhome which most companies don't do. He came out and cleaned our carpets incredibly well and efficient. stains came out that I didn't expect! highly recommend working with C&J!

I would highly recommend C&J. They worked efficiently and were very communicative. Their initial quote was very reasonable and the final quote was ~$100 less due to the work being completed faster than anticipated. I will use them again the future

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by asking a few simple questions to understand their cleaning needs, areas to be cleaned, problem spots, and any concerns they may have. From there, we provide an upfront estimate with no hidden fees. On the day of service, we arrive on time, walk through the home with you, and explain our process so you know exactly what to expect. After completing the work, we do a final walkthrough to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. We believe in clear communication, honest pricing, and delivering results you can see and feel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the cleaning industry since 1999, with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. Over the years, I’ve trained directly under seasoned technicians, worked with industry-leading equipment, and continually stay updated on the latest cleaning methods, chemistry, and safety standards. I’ve also trained my team personally to ensure every technician follows the same high-quality process I’ve built my business on thorough, safe, and results-driven cleaning every time.
