Dee was personalable, professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets. With 3 kids and 2 dogs it was a tall order but he was very reasonable with pricing and response time to message was very quick. He listened to what concerns and took time to explain the process and even got the old nasty coffee stain out of the carpet. The carpets look so much better now I can walk on them with bare feet!

Dee cleaned the carpet on our stairs and a small hallway. The money he charged us was very reasonable, and there was no minimum fee, which was very helpful since we just had a small area of carpet that needed to be cleaned. Dee was very easy to work with and super friendly. Our 2 year old still remembers him. The carpet looks great, there was no funny smell and it also dried quickly.

Don came out promptly for a free estimate and was very attentive and personable. We set a date for his service, which is for a reasonable fee. We're looking forward to seeing Don soon to clean a carpet, two upholstered chairs and a leather chair.
