john was incredibly easy to work with. i asked for an estimate, we hopped on a call, and he was out here all within a few days. we had a lot of pet stains and thought our carpet was done for. but john did an amazing job and the stains are basically gone and there is no remaining pet smell. we will definitely hire him again.
