- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no continuing education in our field, but in order to stave abreast of changing industry and products, as the company owner, I constantly research new and current products. We strive to offer the best quality service at all times, and in order to do that, we need to remain up to date with best products.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The main thing to know when searching for any service provider is that you must ask a lot of questions. You don't want to be surprised in the end by your product or the bill. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want, and if you don't understand their process or what they are doing ask, ask, ask.
