Introduction: I provide upscale catering, as well as special nutritional focus (gluten free/vegetarian/low fat/Paleo, etc.), with a great background in wines, should you wish pairings! I prefer to cook/use local foods and can also provide servers/bartender for events up to 100-125 guests.
