My house got struck by lightening and everything in my home office was completely fried. After a few questions, Al came to my house with most of the new equipment I needed including computer, monitor, UPS, printer/fax, router, modem, etc., He got everything up and running (hardware, and software) and then set it up so a computer illiterate (me) could operate it - including automatic back-up. He even brought the equipment I needed to replace my phone system and set it up too. He was there the same day I called, worked late, and had EVERYTHING done by noon the next day. (Every business loves as little down time as possible!) Al was awesome at figuring out what I needed and setting it up so I could use it immediately despite the fact that I have very little knowledge in this area. Since then, I have gotten several very positive comments from some rather techy friends about how well everything was set up and asked me who did it for me. They really liked the way he translated computer programers' "logic" into intuitive logic that untrained people can easily figure out. (His shortcuts are tailored specifically for me and how I use my computer.) Al not only understands technology, he also understands people and is very quick in ascertaining their specific needs regardless of industry. I have absolutely no reservations in referring Al to everyone who could use his help. His level of personal and professional service is unmatched!

Alan was great. Diagnosed our problem quickly. We had a problem with malware and a virus. Gave us a couple of choices, Then promptly took care of our issue. We have been using Alsn for a number of years and he has fixed hardware and software problems for us. Always on time and personable.
