- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Charge 50$ for the first hour and then 35$/hr there after. I also have set pricing for certain services. Virus Cleaning - 120$ OS Install - 75$ Hardware Upgrades (Does not include hardware) - 15$/piece of hardware installed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet customer, and discuss or address concerns and what they are looking to have fixed. I try to address all fee's up front so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A+ Certified. I have worked in Computer Hardware shops for several years. I Have a lot of experience in all things computers.
