Introduction: I always push to give excellent service whether it comes to fixing a broken computer to creating a Logo for a person or business. I have always Liked fixing and interacting with computers ever since I was in high school and managed to get and Internship where I fixed and maintained computer systems for 3 different locations. As for my Logo and Graphic design I am always making things in photoshop and illustrator.

I hired Mr. Burke to diagnose a computer that had begun bluescreening to figure out what was causing the problem and potentially repair it. He was able to determine the problem quickly, confirm that it was the cause, and the part was replaced under warranty. In short. Very efficient and effective.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Logo design, and poster design for the Graphic portion. As for the Computer Repair side of things I mostly fix malware and virus ridden computers. However I also have built computers for people and fixed hardware malfunctions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am 23 years old and have been repairing computers for 9+ years now. I started out as an IT Intern at MCTS (Minnesota Transition Charter School) while I was attending the very School. after high school graduation I went to Brown College to study Video game design and Development which I completed earning me a BA in Computer Sciences.
