Anthony replaced my Toshiba R835 P84 keyboard (my puppy chewed 6 of my keys off the keyboard). He ordered it and provided updates as to the status of delivery of the keyboard. He met me at Caribou (which was close to my home) and replaced it on site. I also expressed concerns about some issues with my email. He told me how to resolve it and that fixed the issue. I will recommend Anthony to all my friends and family.
