FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and upfront. We charge a service/diagnostic fee to properly assess the issue, which is applied toward the repair if you move forward. All work is priced before we start, so there are no surprises. Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday service may include higher rates due to availability and urgency. We don’t believe in bait-and-switch pricing or hidden fees, and we don’t discount quality work. Our focus is doing the job right the first time at a fair, professional rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. We start by gathering details about the issue and scheduling a service time as quickly as possible. Once on site, we perform a proper assessment and explain the problem along with your options and upfront pricing before any work begins. After approval, we complete the job professionally and cleanly, test the system to ensure everything is working correctly, and review the work with you before closing out. You’ll always know what’s being done, what it costs, and what to expect. No surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience running my own plumbing business, providing residential and light commercial plumbing services. My background includes on-the-job training, real-world field experience, and continuous learning through solving a wide range of plumbing issues, including drain cleaning, repairs, and emergency service. I stay current with local codes, best practices, and safety standards to ensure all work is completed correctly and reliably.
