Introduction: I do individual and couples counseling. I have been in the field for over 30 years. I help individuals feel better about themselves and cope with difficulties they encounter like job and relationship stress.
I help couples get out of difficult patterns that cause them to either fight or not communicate. Couples have stated that as a result of counseling with me, they have learned to talk to each other, have become more solid in their relationship, and have been able to let go of anger and resentment towards their partner.
