Both Tim and Robert honored my long experience with Macs, and did not treat me like a fuddy-duddy 60+-year-old. They heard my concerns about my MacBook Pro’s damaged files, and about two troublesome apps I needed to have reinstalled. They offered suggestions as to other protocols they could run to ensure my Mac was clear of malware. When I asked about a senior citizen discount, Robert did not hesitate to grant me this discount, especially when he heard that my first computer was an Apple IIc from the 1980s! Within a few days, my MacBook was ready (late 2013), and it is running like new. P.S. They did not push me to ‘upgrade’ my OS as I might have received at the Apple Store. Any further ‘upgrade’ would slow this MacBook down to the speed of molasses.

We brought our MacBook Air to MacGuys after the Apple Store told us the hard drive was bad and our data was lost. Within 3 days, the MacGuys diagnosed and fixed the real problem (a directory issue). Fortunately, our data was not lost. Very pleased with the service we received!

Using a software method, they were able to retrieve about 1 TB of data from my hard drive. Price was very reasonable too. I'm relieved and quite satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can schedule on-site visits with both Business and Residential clients. We also have the Top Mac Repair shop in the area where we work on more in-depth Mac Hardware repairs and one to one personal training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several Apple Certifications going back to Mac OS X 10.2 all the way to the current macOS 10.13. As well as Apple hardware certifications, ACMT. Our techs are trained and background checked. We have an on-going training program to keep our staff prepared to help you with all your Apple Technology, networking, WiFi, data recovery and business technology support.
