We hired Omni Home Services to finish our basement, including adding two storage rooms, a mechanical room, a bathroom (with tiled shower), a bedroom, kitchennete (upper and lower cabinets, butcher block countertop, sink, microwave, and refrigerator), and a family room with a fireplace, built-in cabinets, and shelves. We're super happy with the results, quality, and value. He was also very flexible with us, working around our vacations and multiple unanticipated challenges and changes - he worked with us to find solutions. He also was great in explaining all of our options for different things, including cost, quality, and timelines. We'd highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are 3 ways your project can get done, and you can pick 2. Fast, Cheap, and Good. If you want it Fast and Cheap, it isn't going to be very good. If you want it Good and Cheap, it's not going to be Fast. If you want it Fast and Good then it's not going to be Cheap. Let us know upfront what your priorities are so we can best help match you with a solution.
On our smaller hourly projects, we have a 2 hr minimum with $75 trip charge.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed general contractor, we have passed the state licensing exam and are diligent about learning more about the ever changing industry. Licensed contractors are required to perform 14 hours of continued education every 2 years, and we opt to exceed this requirement to stay current, informed, and able to offer the best to our customers.
