Lori is amazing with my dog Winnie. She offered a board and train that went very well. Since then, my dog has been there for daycare most every day. She is definitely a dog person and knows how to talk to them.

I am a responsible dog owner that is concerned where my dog goes for training and I am glad I chose this business. After I talked with the owner, saw the place, I was convinced this was the right place for Bailey, and I am glad I chose it. They were very good with Bailey right from the beginning, knowing what to do, gave him plenty of love, kept him safe and well fed. He made doggy friends and played well with other dogs. Since Bailey's issues started at home, that's where they need to be taught, in a home environment and I was pleased with the outcome. I have now signed him up for Doggy Day Care. Now that he is a better behaved dog, thanks to Brown's Dog Training. Lodging and more, I give this business a 5-star rating in my eyes.

Lori at Brown's Dog Training, Lodging, and More was FANTASTIC! Our Pitbull lab turned one when he was with Lori. He chewed on everything, including us - jumped on everyone, pulled us along as we tried to walk him, and chewed through more wires than I thought was possible. He was very loving though which lead me on a hunt for a dog trainer! Lori texted me and answered all my questions as fast as she could while running a business. We went to her house and met with her when we dropped Norbert, our one year old dog, off. She made promises to us, and frankly, I didn't think it would be possible to turn this destructive dog around. A few weeks later - she gave us a call and said it was time for Norbert to come home. We met her outside and she got Norbert out of her car (yes - she transports!!) He didn't jump, he didn't pull, and I thought, "Anyone can be good for a few minutes." She came inside for our "Train the Human Time." She kind of had to laugh at me as she trained me - but I think she left with a little confidence in me. I eventually got my dog to listen as well as he did to Lori. She left - and he still listened! He is a very good dog now that we can take into public, and more importantly, not worry about him being around our toddler.

Lori Brown of Browns Dog Training, is a very unconventional trainer. Lori devotes her entire day and home to the animals she trains, boards, provides day care for and clearly is fulfilling her passion to animals. Our Hunter, loved staying with Lori for two weeks and was still happy to see us when we came to pick him up. Believe me, Lori is an excellent trainer and so passionate about her four legged family. I suggest you at least meet Lori. She is unconventional but fantastic with dogs. We will bring Hunter back just so he can see Lori again.

For the Home based business this person struck me as very knowledgeable and knew what I needed with Tyler. As we spoke she was professional, direct, and straight to the point on the training process. Tyler is doing well and she has sent pictures with my shepherd in with other dogs. Great and I appreciated her persistence.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i meet and greet and get info that i need like up to date on shots and animal is fixed or not to let me know and if they are just boarding to make sure to let me know if there are behavioral issues it will hep so we can do what needs to be done and prepared
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am certified and went to school as well and i train police dogs and service dogs so i am very certified and qualified to do the job
