Though the project turned out to be bigger then expected, we were happy that he was able to assess the problem, try alternatives to fix it, and then ultimately have to do a big job to repair it. I will use him again

JD drain cleaning took good care of me. It wasn't cheap, but given that it was the weekend, he responded quickly and came out immediately. From the time I posted 2 hrs ago, he came ou, communicated with what was needed, fixed it, got paid and gone less than 3 hrs from my original post. Jordan worked with me some on the price, and it was a win, win.

This provider was able to come out within just a few hours after I put in my request, told me when he was going to arrive, and arrived within the stated hour time. He was very professional and did a very good job, and even did another job while he was here which save me a service call. As for price, he seemed appropriate. I have much to compare with. He snaked my kitchen drain and cleared it out and put a new valve on my bathroom toilet for a total of $600. I would use him again.
