FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not currently charge travel fees. Our pricing is competitive and our commitment to quality work means that discounts are not common. In some cases if materials are provided for us (other than lights/fans) we will install them at a lower rate. However, please keep in mind that we warranty the work we do and we have a very high standard. Because of this we prefer to provide our own materials in most cases to ensure what is being installed will function properly and to avoid return trips for replacing faulty devices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get eyes on the project early to ensure a smooth interaction from start to finish. In some cases projects that may seem simple will need extra work in order to meet the current NEC (National Electrical Code) safety standards. In the interest of preventing future headaches we will examine any difficulties, explain the plan, answer any questions, and provide multiple options if desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of experience combined in both new construction and remodel work for residential homes. Plenty of experience in light commercial work as well. Other than solar and generator installs, we've done it all.
