We live in a busy and chaotic world. My approach to photography is to create space to relive those moments that easily escape us. My goal is to pause, notice, and capture each client’s unique light and beauty, whether you’re chasing your children or kissing your newly pronounced spouse for the first time. These moments matter, and it is what I find incredible joy in capturing.
With that said, it’s not me that stands out, but you. Your story, your emotion, your light.
Although working with new people is close to the top of my list, it is after the vows are said and the party’s over, that I crack open my laptop and peek through the treasure trove of portraits: warm, authentic, airy, and transcendent. At that moment, although usually tired, I am the most energized and realize that this is what I was made to do.

Rachel was a dream to work with! We booked her pretty last minute, and had a couple bumps during our wedding, but she was so flexible, understanding, and accommodating.
This amazing lady was jumping in bushes, running in circles, and doing the most to capture our amazing day. I couldn’t be happier with how the pictures turned out!
Not only did she capture the most beautiful photos, but working with her was a fantastic experience! As a bride there’s so much to worry about, but our photographer was not one of them. We had a late start and when it came to crunch time Rachel delivered like a pro. She was so kind and instantly made us feel comfortable in front of her camera, which is something I was very worried about. Rachel was so amazing, I absolutely look forward to booking her again!

So glad I found Rachel for my civil marriage ceremony/elopement. We were throughly impressed with Rachel’s friendly demeanor, gentle direction, and ability to meet us at our comfort level.
Professionalism aside, she is truly a great photographer! She is a quick thinker and mover and captured light, candid movement, environment and natural expressions effortlessly. I love the texture and tone in her processed photos. I was impressed by her shot angles especially in a busy place like the courthouse.

Adel Artworks was a dream to work with. My wife and I hired her to photograph our elopement and we were blown away by the photographs and experience.
First, discussing locations and options were a breeze with Rachel. It truly felt collaborative and she set great expectations about the pros and cons of locations. When we decided on a location, she was super game to try it. All communication with her was easy and prompt.
The day of, Rachel put us at ease and helped us relax throughout the time as we took pictures in many locations. We had a great time with her and she made us smile and laugh. She helped give suggestions and poses for us that really showed up well in the photos. Further, she was collaborative again and respectful of our thoughts and our small friends' and family's as well. Very inobtrusive.
Like I said before, the photos turned out and amazing and the turnaround time was great too.
