- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Google the name of the agent you are considering and analyze there web presence and reputation. Ask to see all of there sales history and verify that what they are telling you is true. Ask if they charge an admin fee and ask for a marketing plan and/or proposal specific to you and your property, not just generic information that they give to everyone and likely didn't even write themselves.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew how much difference a full-time experienced agent makes in selling your home and helping you purchase and negotiate on a home of your own. I see so many agents that do a huge disservice to their clients because they are in-experienced and/or part time Realtors.
