FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have estimate processes that we use to create consistent competitive prices. By creating these processes we are able to give accurate estimates of project costs, allowing us to provide a quality service/product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction: -The customer will reach out to us either by referral or through a marketing channel. -We will give the customer as much information about who we are and what we do as we can. We want to work with customers that align with our values. -We will discuss the customers needs to decide if we can service their needs. Then schedule a meeting to walk through and discuss the project. Meeting for estimate: -At this time we will walk through and discuss project with customer, create a formal estimate & plan with timeline to give the customer an idea of what it will cost and the resources it will take to accomplish their project. Scheduling: -If the customer likes the proposal they can schedule a time to complete the project with a 25% deposit. -Once scheduled, we will inform the customer to pick out colors at nearest Sherwin Williams or any paint store and give them a courtesy call the week prior to coming to ensure they are ready and have their colors picked. Production: -At the start of the project we will do a walk through with the customer to go over details, making sure we are all on the same page prior to starting any work. -Then we will start the work keeping in close communication through email as the project progresses, keeping work area clean at the end of each day. -At completion of project (Well let customer know if we think we will finish by a certain day): We let customer know we are completed, do a final walk through, and receive payment.

Hello, I am Ryan Koshiol the owner of Straightline House Painting. My family up-bringing has bestowed upon me excellent values and ethical standards, which I implement in my business. Out of high-school I became a U.S. Marine where I furthered my ethical, teamwork, and leadership training. We carry our selves to a higher standard and take pride in setting the standard. Many of the traits and things I learned in the Marines I carry with me while running my business. In my past I worked with some of Twin Cities premier luxury painting companies where I learned the very best standards of painting, ultimately allowing me to start my own company. I earned a bachelors degree in business management, where I learned all aspects of business and customer service, which helps me further develop my company.
