Cancelled the estimate appt 8 min after he was to be here. No reason given just “ I’ll pass on the project”. This contractor didn’t even see it. Don’t mind the need to cancel, but should have said something sooner as we were making sure our work hours were adjust for his arriving as we work from home.

I wish everyone is like Mike. He did a great job removing an extension part of my built in bookshelf and making the cut look flush with the rest. He also went above and beyond, and genuinely wanted to help make my room looks great. Highly recommended!!
