I am wildly impressed! We got a couple quotes, and decided to go with these guys. I admitted to Tricia before she even gave me their quote that we were leaning toward one company, because their quote would be hard to beat. But something didnt sit right with me. The other company gave us nice discounts, but they were only good for 2 days. I wasnt sure I wanted to rush the decision. Then Tricia pointed out that this other company says plain and clear that its $200/post more if theres obstacles within 2ft of the fence. Thats crazy I didnt see that, so I was so thankful she said something. My neighbors used the other company a few years ago and confirmed they find ways to add to your quote.So I accepted Superiors quote, and after Tricia answered all of my 962 questions (sorry, Im super high anxiety), we had our fenceinstalled in a single (really long 11hr) day, those guys worked HARD). The whole process only took 15 days, from quote to finish!As for the workers, they were very professional, down to earth guys. Angel spoke English, so I was able to communicate easily. He was an outstanding leader for his team. I had a concern part way in and he stopped to talk to me about it and explained it all very kindly. Anytime they hit a point where they wanted to make sure I was ok with how they did something, they brought me out to talk about it instead of just doing whatever and hoping I wouldnt notice. You can tell these guys like what they do, and take pride in it. Bonus that the company is LE supporters!

Awesome company! Our neighbor's fence was on our property and the owner was willing to talk to her and sort all of that out for us. They installed the fence in 1 day and it looks amazing!

Impressed by the prompt response and clear explanations from Trisha, our sales rep. She kept the process simple and straightforward. We also appreciate that Superior installs during winter months it will make it much easier to move into our new home with our dogs! Our installers were polite and efficient, walking me through everything on the day of the installation and working around my schedule. Salvatore was even thoughtful enough to put our adjoining neighbors garden pylon back after it came loose. The fence looks great and it gives us peace of mind to have it installed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing with discounts running almost every month! Quotes are all free, in person, and all inclusive of material, labor, permits, etc. No hidden fees, no after-installation fees!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to schedule your free, in person quote. A rep will come out and meet with you, take all the measurements, and you'll receive your quote via email that same day. If your city requires a permit, we handle that for you and submit with the city on the day you sign! We take a 50% deposit upon signing and the remaining 50% is due after installation. We are often scheduling installations just 1-2 weeks out all year round and the full job will be installed in 1 day! We provide a pre-installation walk through to ensure we install according to the contract and your needs.

*We offer various financing options, one being 12 months same as cash at 0% interest.
