Outstanding carpentry skills combined with art school background to create beautiful fences that last. We connect our rails & beams to the posts with coated deck screws and use stainless steel nails to fasten all our pickets & boards to their support beams. This prevents staining of the pickets due to nail corrosion. Because of this we guarantee all our fasteners connections and hardware for two years. If the connections fail we will repair them at no cost to you.
We set all our posts in concrete and we finish and slope the concrete slightly above grade to prevent moisture from pooling at the bottom of the posts. (A common cause of fence post failure is the inability of the post to dry properly where it meets grade.)
We provide outstanding customer service and complete our projects on schedule. Our attention to details and concerns for producing an outstanding product are what drives us.

Switchgrass did a very professional job on my fence. We went with a 6' hog panel style. It looks better than I imagined it would. The construction is very solid and everyone who passes by comments on how great it looks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the project and style of fence or pergola. We will offer you fair pricing and high quality workmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I'll have the client schedule an appointment for me to look at the property, discuss routing of the fence and then do an accurate measurements. Once that is completed I can prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of the fence and the length of time it will take us to complete the work. The estimate is emailed to the client within 3-4 days of the measure.
