- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure that everything is done in a timely yet efficient way, we like to do an official measure of the areas that are looking to be carpeted. This is a free in home estimate where we measure the location, hear your desires, and show you samples of what you may be looking for. Depending upon time needs for specific jobs, a formal estimate can be given within minutes, or up to 72 hours. From there, you sit back and relax while we make your space new!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with renters, home owners, business complexes, apartment buildings, and more. Whether buying, selling, or looking for a new update, we can help you no matter how small or large!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your gut! If the price seems to good to be true, it most likely is! Estimates should be free, and a lot of the times it is hard to give a quote without seeing a location due to carpet cuts and room lay out. Always have a contract so that you know what you are getting, and can hold it up if needed.
