DON'T USE THIS GUY! I used Greg for a number of things, I'd NEVER use him again. He said I needed an AC unit replaced. I have a wall AC unit space and he put a window AC unit in a wall AC sleeve! Unbelievable. When I contacted him to fix the issue, he said "he'd retired from doing old jobs" and then took down accepting requests from a different website that's just like Thumbtack (he's now banned from the other website). I spent over $700 on the AC work, and I now have to get another professional to buy the CORRECT AC unit + pay for labor. Electric bills increased, he didn't put any insulation in so bugs are crawling through the space. I was advised to fix the issue from a true AC professional (their speciality) or I will run into electric/circuit issues and blow a fuse down the line because of the poor incompetent job he did. If he didn't know how to do this work, he should have said so. Now I'm paying double the price because of his poor work and he's conveniently unreachable. I'm looking into taking him to court over this matter.

you do know in the state of MN as a landlord any repairs done that effect a 3rd party ..or renter needs to be performed by a licensed state contractor its the law ..jest saying ....I asked you if this is the way you wanted this done and you said yes, you ran this all summer last year I heard no complaints until now,..i am willing to pay you 200 for the ac we put in if it still works that's the best I can do be cuz it is now a year latter and as far as going to court on this you most liky will be fined for what I said in the beginning of this ...and I am retired and am taking down my profiles

I chose Gregg to come help me install an over the range microwave that was currently just a vent fan that was hard wired in unlike the microwave I had bought. Gregg came out to my location and looked at it all and told me I could pay whatever I felt I could afford. It was different than I have ever seen and I didn't know what to offer. He was then going to come back a couple days later and finish the job for me. Before he left, he told me it was a job I could do and explained the process saying I could do it myself. I consider myself somewhat handy, but my wife advises me to stay away from anything electrical (story for another day). Gregg said if you need any advice along the way, to call him any time. He left me feeling like I could really do the project, but I was hesitant as I had to cut the plug end portion off the end of my brand new microwave. I followed his instructions and got it installed myself. I sent Gregg a picture and he told me how proud he was of me. I told him I wanted to send him some money for the help and time. He told me, I just like to help people. He is not only a war vet, but a genuine guy with a big heart. I will be using him for future projects!
