We booked Vlad to help install a TV above my parent’s fireplace. We had never used him previously, but the reviews were solid so we thought we would give him a try. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. What I appreciated most was how patient and communicative he was throughout the process. It was clear that he genuinely wanted us to be happy and satisfied with the installation, even if it meant a little extra time and effort on his end.
