- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always done on a per job basis, and is determined by many factors. These are always explained to the customer during the quote appointment. There are standards that we follow, but the jobs vary so widely that it would be impossible,to set standard pricing guidelines.BE ADVISED THAT WE MUST SEE YOUR PROJECT BEFORE WE CAN ACCURATELY QUOTE IT FOR YOU. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first must see and discuss the project with the customer, and determine what is expected as an outcome. We than put the project in our system and print out an itemized estimate that must be signed by the customer. This is sent to the customer by mail. Once all is agreed and signed we schedule a pickup date and time. The customer will recieve an invoice that may or may not require a deposit. We will complete the work and may require color approvals. Than we will schedule a delivery date and time. Depending on your address, there may be a small fuel charge on your invoice this is determined by our computer software when your invoice information is entered.

40 years working in the shop.... Owned this company for 25 years
