- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always competitive in the market place and quite often the lowest. As of February 2018 we are new to Thumbtack but if you look at Angie's List we have over 175 reviews and have been awarded the prestigious Super Service Award for consecutive years!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us and we will walk you through your issues over the phone and give you a price quote over the phone. We will then set your appointment at that and most often we can accommodate SAME DAY SERVICE at no extra charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all trained thoroughly using IDEA standards before being allowed to service customers.
