I had a defective roller where the bearings were coming out and Elite came out promptly to repair the problem. They are a best in class garage door service. I really like their customer service and use of texting to keep the customer informed. Great job!!

Broken garage door spring. They were out within an hour. Installed the springs and did the adjustment and were finished in less than two hours. Very efficient.

Honest pricing during the free estimate visit (not the only one). The work was done in the same day; 2 garage doors, all new hardware and a new door opener from Chamberlain. 2 very good installers, carefully done work, checked operation of components during each phase of installation, had me check the operation of the doors and door opening remotes and wall unit. They did a very good job cleaning up after the work. Good job
