- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concerns and gathering a few quick details about the issue. Then we schedule a free onsite estimate at a convenient time. After assessing the problem, we explain the issue, provide a detailed quote, and if approved, we can often complete the repair the same day. We prioritize communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
