I recently had the pleasure of having Brandon from Garage Door Technician come out to service my garage door. I was so impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and speed.From the moment they arrived, they were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and why, and they answered all of my questions patiently. They were very meticulous in their work, and they made sure that everything was done right.I was also very impressed with how fast they were able to complete the job. They didn't cut any corners, but they were still able to get everything done in a timely manner.One of the things that I appreciated most about Brandon was that they documented everything. They took pictures of the problem areas before and after the repairs, and they provided me with a detailed report of everything that they did. This gave me peace of mind knowing that the job was done right and that I had a record of it in case I needed it in the future.Overall, I was extremely happy with the service that I received from Brandon. They were thorough, fast, and documented everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

I am very pleased to recommend the Garage Door Technician if you want to replace or install a new garage door.I converted two single 8' wide garage doors that were manually operated that had a one foot divider between them into a single 17' wide door. My carpenter did the demolition and framing, The Garage Door Technician did the install.I also added the power unit to make it automatic. My tenant loves it, I highly recommend them to help you on your project.

The first two companies that quoted me insisted that replacing the doors was my only viable option. Were they wrongBrandon looked over my three 40 year old wood panel garage doors and proceeded to explained what was causing the loud noises and heavy load on the motors. He replaced a couple cheep parts and performed alignments . He works fast and pays attention to detail. You dont see that combo every day.Less than an hour later they were all tuned up, quiet and running like new. Thank you for your honesty and quick resolve!!Mike
