I wanted to reach out and personally thank Eli M. for his service at my home today. I called for a same-day, after hours repair, and he came out to fix my garage and reset my opener codes for safety reasons. He was incredibly professional, but more importantly, he was just a kind and decent person. My kiddo talked his ear off, and I think he could tell weve been through a lot lately without me having to say a word. Eli fixed my garagedoor and reset my openers, but more importantly, he provided peace of mind during a very stressful time for my family. He was professional, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. It takes a special kind of person to hear a childs chatter, connect the dots, and decide to lead with extra care without making you explain. There are truly good people out there, and Eli is one of them.
