They contacted and came out for an inspection quickly. I was forwarded to his employee said he was in the neighborhood and would waive the inspection fee. I was billed for the inspection fee anyway. Time and energy having to explain that situation. I was then asked to prepay for the job - they said they needed to order the supplies. I had been in communication with the plumber and had found the exact replacement for the existing faucet which was around $100 so that sounded reasonable. We settled on half upfront and half at completion of the job which was to include a replacement faucet and diverter. The plumber came out a couple weeks later and fixed the leaky diverter but did not have the faucet. The supplies used were pvc /not costly. I have been super patient, but it’s been over 2 months. The faucet is still leaking and I haven’t heard back from the plumber who had started the job.
