Our primary focus has been rehabilitation, participating in construction management, and property development to effectively help communities with housing needs. We have been helping our community for over 20 years deliver affordable homes and properties. Atlas Real Estate Development, Inc is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) and General Contracting Company.

They contacted and came out for an inspection quickly. I was forwarded to his employee said he was in the neighborhood and would waive the inspection fee. I was billed for the inspection fee anyway. Time and energy having to explain that situation.
I was then asked to prepay for the job - they said they needed to order the supplies. I had been in communication with the plumber and had found the exact replacement for the existing faucet which was around $100 so that sounded reasonable. We settled on half upfront and half at completion of the job which was to include a replacement faucet and diverter. The plumber came out a couple weeks later and fixed the leaky diverter but did not have the faucet. The supplies used were pvc /not costly.
I have been super patient, but it’s been over 2 months. The faucet is still leaking and I haven’t heard back from the plumber who had started the job.
