I highly recommend this company for the excellent work they did on the renovation of our bathroom. We needed an accessible shower and laundry facilities added to our only bathroom. We hired John and his team to complete full demo of our 1960s bathroom. They were very careful, cleaned up after themselves daily and did a great job. We decided to hire them to also do the cement board and drywall for the bathroom and again, they did a great job. All surfaces are perfectly square and smooth. Very nice job all around!

Working with John and the Butkov team was an incredible experience.
We hired them primarily for a deck and concrete demolition project. However, they also installed an outdoor electrical outlet and repaired holes in our foundation by plastering the side of our house.
The team began working on the project the same week we contacted them, they we're responsive to my calls, they offered no interest 18-month financing, and they were flexible when I needed to adjust the project dates due to weather or personal issues.
I strongly recommend hiring them!

John's team did a great job in my parent's basement bathroom remodel. I am not intimately familiar with the details - after hiring, he worked directly with them on each of the tasks needed. But I know they needed gutting (jacuzzi removal, shower removal, vanity and built-in cabinet removal), plumbing rerouting and drain moving, and touch up sheetrock for where everything was removed. And John's team came in fast, professional, and were great to work with. They also installed the new shower/tub combo that my parents purchased. Great experience with them, and will be reaching out in the near future for additional projects.

We had an excellent experience. The plan was well-established and completed, as promised. We had a relatively complicated tile job, as there was concrete to remove and level, along with a more artistic pattern. My husband is now installing the LVP as the finishing touch. Very impressed!
