The work was extremely well done. They were friendly and made it look easy. Even tacked on another project resizing my steps on top of the original install. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone else who needs general contracting work done.

Joe installed 4 interior doors and trim plus baseboard trim in a few rooms for us. He is extremely efficient and was able to tackle the project in a day. From the moment I reached out to Joe, the entire process was seamless. He came out to estimate the project within a couple days and was able to get us into his schedule within a couple of weeks. He’s extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and also provided recommendations for materials since I purchased prior to him starting the job. The quality and value of his work is unmatched, and he did a great job. Highly recommend hiring Newsom Design Build for your home renovation needs! I’ll definitely be working with him again in the future.

Joe was great!! He was very accommodating to our schedule and did a great job with the dishwasher and garbage disposal installation! We will definitely use Joe again for other home projects.

Joe was great to work with. He did a tile job for us, replacing our entryway tile. I was impressed with how he handled the finish work on the trim. Other "big box" store installers wanted to just add quarter round and I asked him if we could find a way to preserve the look of the original trim at all. He did indeed find a way and it looks great. Would definitely recommend working with him and I would call on him for future projects too.

Our deck was rotting, and leaning. Joe and his team did a phemomenal job - replacing all the deck boards, and facing. We have a gazebo on our deck - they managed to lift it, putting in new decking underneath and then securing the gazebo again! It is beautiful. They replaced our stairs which were also leaning. Everything is so solid and safe. They cleaned up beautifully - I would highly recommend Joe for anyone who needs a deck built or rebuilt!

    I studied furniture design, interior design, business and general carpentry in college and trade school. Newsom design build was my dad's company who I worked with in high school and after I graduated I took over the business.
