Robert had the expertise needed to fully assess the structural defects in our existing gutter installation. He identified many fixes to eliminate future water flow problems that have damaged our exterior siding. His expertise and efforts in assessing the causes of these water flow problems (that caused dry rot of our exterior siding and roof and threatened to damage the interior rooms unbeknownst to us) was beyond anything we have witnessed with the various contractors we have hired in the past who repaired our damaged siding but never addressed the causes of this problem. After carefully assessing what was needed to permanently solve the problems, he patiently and slowly explained each of his recommendations so we could fully understand why these fixes are needed. He helped us reduce the cost of the job by asking if we wanted to paint the new siding ourselves (we do) and his quote for the job was reasonable and acceptable. We really appreciate the expertise, communication, and transparency of this company and the respect shown to us throughout the process.
