I had issues with a screw getting stuck and being stripped in a cabinet door and a screw not coming out when I tried to remove a medicine cabinet. I wasted tons of time trying to get them out and buying random tools to fix them with no luck. He came out pretty quick and got them both out and installed my new cabinet latches same day.
