Ivan showed up with a mask, gloves, and left his shoes on the porch when he was in the house. He did a good job of removing an old air con unit and sleeve which were stubborn. He installed my new unit which was very heavy and did some caulking and other trim. He even ran to Home Depot to get a part that I forgot. He was polite, a good communicator, and left my house cleaner than it was when he arrived! He charged me less than I expected too. I’d definitely hire him again.
