- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is within the standard Technician price range between $25 - $60 per hour depending on the nature and complexity of the job. 5% discount applied if above $400
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get a clear understanding of what the customer wants. Then I explain to the customer the steps (work processes) I intent to take to get job done followed by asking whether customer has any more questions or concerns before I start work.
