Mr. Anis is an open, responsive professional who listened to my needs, asked appropriate questions and kept an open mind to ideas/suggestions that I had. He got the job done well, cleaned up afterward, and the value was excellent, even for a relatively small job (resupporting a second large cement step to a 3-season porch entrance, where the wood support underneath the step had disintegrated).
