My attention to customer service is second to none. I went to school for Architectural Design and worked as an Architectural Drafter/Designer for 3 years early on in my professional career. I have been maintaining residential & commercial properties for over 20 years and there is nothing else I'd rather be doing. Considering my vast experience in the building trades; there are not many maintenance issues or renovation projects that I have not encountered. You can rest assure that I will leave your house or business as clean or cleaner then when I arrived. I take pride in my attention to detail and a high quality finished product. I specifically only work within a 10 mile radius of Downtown Minneapolis. This among other things helps keep my overhead cost to a minimum, passing on the savings to my clients. I make myself available for projects 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This helps accommodate business owners who prefer to have work done before or after business hours as well as homeowners who prefer not to take time off of work. Helping others!
